Wilson is growing and is looking for a Human Resources Administrator. This is a contract role and will work on a temporary basis.
The Human Resources Administrator will perform administrative duties related to the operational functions in the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, have strong interpersonal and communications skills and experience in payroll and benefits administration.

The Human Resources Administrator will perform administrative duties related to the operational functions in the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, have strong interpersonal and communications skills and experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the processing of the bi-weekly payroll including preparation and organization of all payroll transactions/changes, payroll communications, timecard audit and reconciliation and final payroll review.
- Assist in benefit plan administration, including employee inquiries, invoice reconciliation and processing, ACA administration, leave administration, open enrollment, educational sessions and other projects as assigned.
- Responsible for all ADP updates for employee changes.
- Manage, submit, and monitor all ADP service tickets submitted by HR team members.
- Assist in scheduling events, meetings, and candidate interviews for the HR team.
- Assist in the set up and coordination of employee engagement events.
- Responsible for the tracking and processing of Service Anniversary Awards
- Responsible for Employee Hospitality tasks.
- Serve as the system administrator for LinkedIn Learning.
- Participate in the WLT Health and Wellness Committee, including SharePoint Content Management.
- Focal point for scheduling employee training and appropriate tracking mechanisms
- Assist with the Talent Quest recruiting process, including initial phone screens, and scheduling.
- Responsible for distributing onboarding documents to managers through the new hire’s 90-day review.
- Ensures all new hire onboarding paperwork is received and filed appropriately.
- Responsible for generating personnel letters/memos.
- Conduct employment verifications and background checks.
- Assist with ADP Time and Attendance by reconciling hours worked to regular scheduled hours and communicating with managers regarding discrepancies; reviewing time-off balances; general reporting.
- Assist with and submit the bi-weekly payroll.
- Responsible for payroll reporting and balancing for 401k audit.
- Oversee the COBRA notification process, including new hires, life events and terminations.
- Responsible for submitting accident reports to Workers Compensation carrier, ADP reporting and annual OSHA posting.
- Responsible for all general HR filing.
- Understand and display WLT’s values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, specifically payroll related.
- Comfortable with and able to effectively handle confidential information.
- Strong MS Office experience and capabilities.
- Experience working with ADP WorkForce Now (preferred) or other payroll systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively, professionally, and clearly with all levels of the organization.
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience with Payroll ADP WorkForce Now preferred.
- 2 to 3 years’ of prior experience working in Human Resources.
