Winchester Community Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PT Office Clerk for both the Strasburg & Winchester Office to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a self driven, motivated person that can work well on their own. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for those seeking mental health services. This position requires, but not limited to, exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for an individual who wants to make a difference in the life of children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and/or substance use. Position is multi -office. Winchester & Strasburg, VA locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, answer phones, and manage patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing cancellations, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, process paperwork, and handle data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
Multitasking: Balance multiple tasks efficiently, including client check-ins, phone calls, and administrative duties.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Flexibility: Ability to work in multiple offices. Adapt to the needs of the center, including assisting with various duties as required by the administrative or clinical teams.
Medline/Triage: Facilitates client check-ins, takes vitals and administers UDS screening.

Qualifications
