Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
- Supervise and train hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner to foster positive relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
