Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
  • Supervise and train hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
