- 5-7 years of culinary experience in a high-volume, Four Star Hotel or Catering Company
- Experience in preparing international cuisine
- Familiarity with menu costing procedures
- Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures
- High level of creativity and reliability
- Flexible schedule required - must work 55 to 60 hours weekly
