Are you an expert in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube advertising? Do you have a proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns with measurable results? We are looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker who can optimize our paid media efforts and maximize our return on ad spend (ROAS).
This is a critical role in our marketing team, with Google Ads as our primary platform. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in PPC campaign management, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management (Primary Focus) – Oversee and optimize search, display, remarketing, and shopping campaigns for efficiency and growth.
Social Media Advertising – Strategize and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads to drive engagement and conversions.
Budget Strategy & ROI Optimization – Allocate and manage ad spend across platforms to achieve the highest ROAS.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting – Provide data-driven insights using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other performance tracking tools.
Competitor & Market Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors' ad strategies, and implement best practices.
Pixel & Tag Management – Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking codes for accurate attribution
. Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and paid media campaigns.
Proven success in managing six-figure ad budgets with measurable ROI improvements.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and audience retargeting strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments in real time.
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
Must provide a proven portfolio of companies and campaigns managed over the past 5 years with performance data showcasing results.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists.
