Purpose for the Position:
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the revenue management functions at three Windsor Capital Group properties which correspond to the Marriott and Hilton brand.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitoring group and transient business thresholds withing our annual forecast to ensure measurable improvements for demand and availability.
- Maintain projections on the effect future groups sales have on average rate and occupancy potentials, as well as suite profit within the forecast.
- Supply critical analysis on the effect of short-range decisions affecting occupancy, average rate, and suite profit goals within the current 52-week period.
- Conduct analysis of citywide and special events, implements Revenue Management strategies to maximize impact from demand generators.
- Perform value assessments yearly as needed.
- Monitor Corporate Marketing Programs, Special Promotions, Guest Rewards Customers, Local (backyard) Accounts, Corporate (National) Negotiated Accounts.
- Closely monitors competitors for shift in demand, rate, and strategy.
- Make recommendations for Action, Take Action and Measure Results, Repeat Process.
- Conduct weekly Revenue Management Meetings.
- Ensure compliance with corporate initiatives when applicable. Comply with corporate standards and requests.
- Participate in the Business and Budgeting Planning Process.
- Through careful and consistent monitoring, manipulate length of stay restrictions and day of arrival patterns to achieve the greatest RevPar possible.
- Manage Sales Plan calendar in hotel Sales Pro ongoing as needed (at minimum weekly).
- Review definite and tentative groups who fall outside the guidelines.
- Provide the GM and DOS with qualified analysis of how each booking will impact occupancy, average rate, and suite profit over the dates in question.
- Manage the on-property reservationists in loading group contracts and rooming lists.
- Conduct Audits monthly to ensure accuracy of GSC/HSP, ONQ, PMS/MARSHA/CI-TY/MC and Group Contract Book, RMS, Manager Group Cut Offs, etc.
- Monitor all sites including Embassy Suites, Windsor Capital Group, Marriot, and 3rd Party Group.
- Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company.
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

- Enjoys building customer relations while converting the sale throughout the Reservation call process.
- Must have strong communication skills with ability to record information accurately and relay it throughout the hotel.
- Must possess the skill of working independently and in a group/team environment.
- Accuracy to detail is a must, recognize errors in recorded information.
- Analytical minds required, like problem solving.
- Perform routine or repetitive work.
Physical Demands: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree or requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.
Travel: Travel to the properties a minimum of 4x a quarter plus training and annual conferences. Travel must be cleared through the CDRM prior to property level trips scheduled.
Supportive Functions: In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, which will be determined by the CDRM or VP of RGS&T.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field preferred, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
- Strong sales and revenue management training and supervisory skills.
- Demonstrate excellent public contact skills.
- Well versed in prospecting, rate and contract negotiating, business planning, outside sales calls and telephone sales.

Exceptional in computer software.

Minimum one year experience supporting Marriott full-service hotels.
- Minimum one experience required in a revenue role.
Attendance:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by WCG, Inc. from time to time, is essential to be successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance/ tardies will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Windsor Capital Group, Inc. rules and regulations and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Dual Revenue Managers may start earlier and work later based on the time zone changes of the two properties they are managing. This means they have flexibility around their personal schedules to accommodate for their increased availability throughout a workday. It is the responsibility of the Dual Revenue Manager and the Corporate Director of Revenue Management to ensure that the Dual Revenue Manager is working appropriate hours, and that the GM’s of both properties agree their properties are being represented adequately. The Dual RM is to ensure the CDRM is aware of absences from the office during normal business hours prior to the absence occurring. Should be communicated via email and CDRM will acknowledge/approve prior to the absence.
Qualifications
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
