Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales and increase client base.
- Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Manage and update our website ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Create engaging content including newsletters, email blasts and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with spa staff to design and promote special packages, events, and seasonal offers.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
