Biology, Environmental, Anatomy Teacher- Teacher must have a passion for science and high school students. We are looking for an innovative and energetic teacher to teach Biology through a Christian worldview. We are looking for someone who has 3-5 years teaching experience.

Successful candidates will be excited to work in a rigorous academic environment and will be eager to immerse themselves in the school community. Teachers must be able to integrate Biblical truth into the subject of Biology.
Teachers must have a profession of faith in Jesus Christ, and be active in a gospel centered church.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: · Teach full load of high school (grades 9-12) · Manage a student load of between 100 and 125 students. Approximately 18-20 students per class period. · Nurture and support an advisee group of between 8 and 12 students · Participate in the life of the school by attending athletic, arts, fundraising, and other school events · Chaperone school functions, such as dances and school trips as needed · Participate on committees and task forces as needed · Sponsor student clubs and activities as needed · Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues Skills and Competencies: · Sense of humor and demonstrated success working with teenagers · Ability to differentiate instruction · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Ability to design units and lessons · Capacity to maximize advantages of educational technology · Experience working with international students a plus but not required · Experience using G-Suite and Google Classroom a plus but not required.
· Bachelor’s degree required · Minimum of three years relevant teaching experience; high school teaching, and advising experience strongly preferred
