- Transfer Credit Articulation Activities: Ensuring transfer credits are accurately assessed and applied to degree programs in alignment with institutional policies and academic standards.
- Academic Advising Activities: Providing guidance to transfer and adult students on course selection, degree requirements, and academic planning.
- Enrollment/Advising Events: Participating in enrollment and advising events.
- Data Mart Activities: Assist with the UNC Student Data Mart activities, contributing to the accurate and timely reporting of student data.
- Office of the Registrar Activities: Supporting Office of the Registrar related activities, particularly during peak times.

- Utilizing Ellucian Degree Works to monitor students’ pathways to ensure timely and successful degree completion;

Department Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions;
- 3 years of experience academic advising, transfer credit evaluation, or a related field in higher education preferred;
- 3 years of experience with academic program requirements, degree audits, and credit evaluation processes;
- 3 years of experience working with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Degree Works, Slate CRM, or Admission Pros CRM or other student information systems preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
