Associate Needed For Leading NYC Law Firm specializing in Securities/Capital Markets
Job Description:
The Corporate Advisory group at a prestigious Am Law firm is seeking a highly skilled Associate with at least 4 years of experience to join their Securities/Capital Markets team. This role can be based in the firm’s New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. offices.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in equity capital markets, including underwritten offerings, registered directs, and confidentially marketed public offerings.
- Proficiency in drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosures (e.g., 10-Ks and 10-Qs).
- M&A experience is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where you will be based.
