Job Description Summary

Provide outstanding customer service while preparing loan agreements for a portfolio of agents. Use creativity and good judgment to provide the best possible quotes while minimizing risk and maximizing profit to FIRST.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s)
  • Approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $750,000.
  • Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor volume for assigned agents within the portfolio. Take proactive measures to both protect and grow volume as appropriate.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of insurance or industry experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with clients
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow through

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00-$31.00, along with eligibility to earn quarterly bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
