Candidate will be responsible for creating demand for and successfully selling our healthcare payer & provider insurance business process outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 insurance companies.
The successful candidate will have a successful track record:
- Selling in the Healthcare Payer sector.
- Prospecting at the C-level and senior executive decision maker levels demonstrating a clear understanding of their business, organization, culture, and compelling reasons to act
- Managing large, complex customer relationships
- Participating in and/or leading complex proposal solutioning and business value proposition development efforts
- Negotiating long-term contracts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a winning and scalable sales strategy that generates revenue and achieves assigned goals
- Directly source deals and manage the sales lifecycle through close
- Drive a complete sales strategy that represents a breadth of services (customer contact solutions, automation, shared services, etc.)
- Develop and execute business plans to include prospecting, responding to inbound leads, shaping deals, solutioning, pricing, negotiating, finalizing sales contracts, closing deals, and managing customer relations
- Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations
- Deliver the required business outcomes to our customers while protecting the interests of the executives' team and Wipro’s stakeholders
- Be a key member of the Wipro’s Global Business Line DOP and contribute to shaping the company’s overall strategy
Experience /Competencies/Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in a sales role selling BPO Services (i.e., trust and safety, eCommerce, and operations) and horizontal BPO offerings (F&A, supply chain, procurement, contact center and HR) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets
- A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers
- Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions
- Ability to write and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and document activities
- Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond
- Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities
