What You'll Do
You’ll support WiscNet’s leadership team, staff, and board through a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and handling mail and deliveries
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel logistics
- Taking clear, professional meeting notes and board minutes
- Helping with short-term projects across multiple teams
- Keeping the office organized and running smoothly
- Supporting internal operations, shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
- Maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and helping with basic tech logistics (laptops, video calls, mobile hotspots)
- Coordinating catering for a variety of events
- Managing multiple requests and priorities with good judgment and friendly communication

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position based in Madison, WI with a salary range of $48,000 – $52,000 annually.
