Current ARR stands at $2.2 million, with a strong target to substantially double this figure by the end of 2025. Current retention stands at 95%.
The Brief
Title : Strategic Account Executive
Location : Houston, Texas
Salary & Package : up to $140,000 Double OTE
Job Summary
With an exciting year ahead our client is looking to build out our US Sales Team to help us establish the system in North America. Initially hiring two Account Executives to join one of the Co-Founders in Houston.
The AE will be responsible for :
Targeting approximately 1,000 specialist traders within the oil trading sector.
1m in additional ARR – which for us equates to approximately 40-50 new users per year.
Sales cycle : Expected to average around 3-6mths targeting 1.5mths for existing relationships, and 4mths for new.
Experience Required
- Minimum five years of proven success in SaaS sales (mid to senior level)
- Industry Knowledge : Ideally some familiarity with the B2B trading and / or data terminals sector with its specific lexicon.
- Deal Size and Quota : Familiarity with average deal sizes of around $90k (3x users @30k each) and achieving sales quotas aligned with a target OTE of double base (uncapped).
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
