WisHope Recovery is seeking to add a dynamic and experienced Clinical Supervisor to our team!

About the Position:
If you are a driven and proven clinical leader who enjoys coaching team members, this might be the role for you! The position will be ideal for someone with a passion for providing quality clinical services to patients and their families. Your focus would be on the following:
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight and program direction, in collaboration with the management team.
- Provide various outpatient SUD & Mental Health services with the goal of patient recovery.
- Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
- Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
- Provide SUD & Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
- Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients.
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to the clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
- Responsible for the oversight of intake department operations internally and in coordination with referral sources.
- Monitor DHS licensing requirements to ensure agency integrity and develop and maintain documentation.
- Direct and assist clear communication with billing and insurance claims and referral sources.
- Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate.
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff to ensure all DHS requirements, when applicable, are being met.
- Represent WisHope as part of the management team at training, meetings, and other community events.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar mental health field
- Proficient in the use of personal computers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of State required background check and required training.
