Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Management
- Conduct outbound calls from provided targeted niche lists
- Determine whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer sale of their property
- Schedule appointments for the Home Buying Specialist
- Follow-up with leads as needed
- Manage call lists and update the CRM system daily
- Responsible for accurate lead and activity reporting using a KPI spreadsheet
- Be available to receive Inbound Lead calls from various sources (website, PPC, TV, mailers, referrals...)
- Assist callers with questions they have about our process and determine how we can be of value to them
- Use the provided specific script language to determine the motivation
- Schedule Home Buying Specialists appointments
- Follow-up as needed with prospective sellers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of REsimpli CRM a plus
- Proficient with Google Suite and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Real Estate sales experience a plus but not required
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
