I. Job Summary
Functions as a business partner to the Director Collection Operation Business Optimization. Direct oversight of WM Way Coaches and WM Way Talent Manager to ensure people and process standards are maintained across the Area. Provides business expertise while conducting highly complex business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align business solutions with the company strategy and initiatives.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
- Valid Driver's License.

Salary : $137,080 - $165,000
