I. Job Summary

Functions as a business partner to the Director Collection Operation Business Optimization. Direct oversight of WM Way Coaches and WM Way Talent Manager to ensure people and process standards are maintained across the Area. Provides business expertise while conducting highly complex business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align business solutions with the company strategy and initiatives.

  • Decision Making – Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
  • Facilitating Change – Encouraging others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities, facilitating the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace.
  • High-Impact Communication – Clearly and succinctly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; communicating in a focused and compelling way that drives others’ thoughts and actions.
  • Planning and Organizing – Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
  • Valid Driver's License.

  • This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.

The expected salary range for this position is $137,080 to $165,000 per year. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
