As a Barback/Busser, you will be responsible for ensuring the serving staff has the supplies they need to provide service to the guests, and help maintain a clean restaurant envrirontment. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our establishment and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the Bartenders and Servers with supplies needed for dinner service.
- Team oriented.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dinning room area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service excellence.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with experience in food service or restaurant environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with health regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.
- Experience in bussing or catering is a plus but not required.
