Position Summary
Wolfe Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Weekend Drug Screening Technician. This on-call position serves as the front line representative in serving our clients from 5 PM Friday through 8 AM Monday. The Drug Screening Technician must follow all protocols every time while politely interacting with donors during the specimen collection process (specimens may be urine, hair, DNA, or oral fluid).
**Must be able to arrive at our downtown Charlotte office, within a 30 Minute timeframe, after being paged/called in.**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collection of Drug Screen Specimens – (Specimens may be urine, hair, DNA, or oral fluid);
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Detail oriented data entry required;
- Processing some routine financial transactions possible;
- Some Filing/Scanning/Faxing possible;
- Weekend on call schedule includes holding pager from 5 PM Friday through the weekend to 8 AM Monday (opportunities available to work during the week as business needs dictate).
Position Qualifications
- Candidate must be self-motivated and disciplined.
- Candidate must have reliable transportation.
- Candidate must possess great multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn and suggest new ideas for continuous improvement.
- Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (CNA certificate or some college preferred).
- Candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in a medical setting.
