We are seeking a motivated and talented Newly Admitted Associate Attorney with 0-2 years of experience to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic qualifications and a strong interest in civil liability defense, including products, premises, transportation, and / or construction defense litigation.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently

Note : Base salary is determined by number of years practicing and substantive experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
