Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides a high-level of support to the members of our Administrative team. This position will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: preparation of reports, handling information requests, receiving visitors, arranging meetings, and coordinating supplies and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Promptly, accurately and professionally receives calls and directs call appropriately, along with emails
Coordinates scheduling of business meetings and conference calls
Calendar management
Work with Human Resource Company to communicate any needs
Coordinate onboarding for new employees, training, assisting in offer letters
Report generation – Administrative team to interpret results
Filing of documents using Microsoft platform
Produce reports with summaries
Prepare coordinate, deliver, mail and receive packages
Receive and coordinate supplies
Assist with keeping the office clean
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to evaluate and summarize data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Computer skills
- Adobe
- Excel/Word/Microsoft OneDrive
- Basic Website Navigation
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk
- Ability to travel to different locations if needed
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
