What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Assistant position at Women Supporting Women?
The ideal candidate is routinely punctual with excellent people skills, customer service, typing, speaking and written communication skills. Additional requirements are the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, be flexible, multi-task, demonstrate initiative, and maintain confidentiality.

Employees will be in contact with individuals currently diagnosed and in need of a compassionate, concerned, and caring individual when they arrive at WSW. Job Responsibilities Include:
· Maintains an organized, tidy, and welcoming space for visitors and guests.
· Coordinates with vendors to ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced; maintains inventory of and orders office supplies.
- Work well with others in a team environment and have open collaboration.
- Designing a monthly E-newsletter to be sent out to the organization’s network of supporters (e.g., volunteers, mentors, board members, donors)
- Attend monthly board meetings and supports minute taking.
- Maintains numerous Excel Sheets for all ongoing Events, Donations, and Sponsorships.
- Exhibits leadership within the team, helping to improve processes and anticipate needs.
- Provides administrative support as needed to the team.
- Representing the organization at various networking events within the community
Job Requirements:
· A high school diploma or equivalent.
· A minimum of one-year administrative experience.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, virtual meeting platforms, Constant Contact, QuickBooks, Social Media Platforms, and Microsoft Teams.
