OVERVIEW
The Enrollment Specialist is a key member of an administrative team that works together to support the mission and values of the Wooddale Academy. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining optimum enrollment with the Academy Part-Time, School Day and Summer Programs. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for building positive partnerships with families, serving as the first point of contact for families. By serving as a resource and responding to questions and concerns, the Enrollment Specialist helps promote a nurturing, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for all families at Wooddale Academy. This is a part-time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and conduct tours and new family orientations
- Follow up with inquiries and tours within 24 hours
- Lead families through the application and enrollment process from inquiry to first day
- Maintain and manage waitlists & enrollment lists with Site Director approval
- Enter family data in ProCare
- Produce monthly enrollment and scheduling reports for Central Team
- Create and ensure supply of tour and welcome packets
- Add interested parents to newsletter list
- Work with Compliance Director to ensure organization and accurate data entry of all new student files and updated file information based on promotion
Ongoing Enrollment Management:
- Consult with Site Directors to manage placement and identify students to promote for maximum enrollment
- Implements promotion process to ensure students will acclimate smoothly into their classrooms and monitors these changes to ensure success
- Create proactive and positive communications to parents regarding room promotion
- Produce monthly memo to alert teaching staff to planned transitions
- Consult twice a month with Operations Assistant to ensure accurate billing on tuition accounts and fees
Other Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in regularly scheduled Central Team meetings
- Seeks and arranges networking opportunities to promote enrollment
- Consult frequently with the Executive Director and take proactive measures to address concerns as they arise
- Work with Compliance Director to ensure accurate data collection
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required at least 1 years of early childhood classroom teaching experience
- Preferred 2 years’ experience in administration and/or management in Early Childhood
- Eeffective organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Pproficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of DHS Licensing and Accreditation standards preferred
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
- Subscribe to and affirm the Statement of Faith and Covenant of Wooddale Church

Wooddale Church offers a comprehensive benefits package for all 40 hour full-time employees, which includes opportunities to elect Medical (30 hour full-time), Dental, Life/AD&D, HSA, Flex, LTD, optional Vision, optional Life/AD&D, optional STD, a Health & Wellness Plan and a 403(b) retirement plan with company match and immediate vesting. The projected hourly rate for this position is: $19.00-$22.00 depending upon qualifications and experience.
