Woodfords Family Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to join our Residential Services Program as a Residential Coordinator . This is a full-time, benefits eligible position, and based in the Greater Portland area!
Position Summary
The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day activities and supervision within their assigned residential home. This includes supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in maintaining quality service delivery, interacting and providing direct care to home residents, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation regarding PCPs, MARS, Incident Reports, etc.
Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility are imperative to the role of Residential Coordinator. Previous experience in a supervisory role, with prior training as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), or MHRT certification is required.
Opportunity Details
- Full-time (40 hrs.), Monday-Friday
- Schedule to consist of business hours and evenings
- On-call availability required
- 24-26 / hourly - commensurate with experience
