Position:Elementary Teacher – Grade 5 Humanities - Long Term Substitute Location:Woodland Elementary School Schedule:May 17, 2025 – End of School Year Salary:TBD To Start:May 17, 2025 Qualifications: ●MA DESE Teacher Licensure - Elementary (1-6) - required ●Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement, required ●MA DESE ESL (PK-6) license, preferred ●Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese, preferred Responsibilities: ●Strong knowledge of Massachusetts Social Studies and ELA Curriculum Frameworks ●Able to differentiate instruction within the classroom. ●Ability to incorporate a variety of learning activities/experiences to inspire, motivate and challenge students ●Ability to effectively collaborate with other teachers; ●Experience to work interdisciplinary with content colleagues on interdisciplinary initiatives ●A positive person, willing to become consistently involved in all academic and social aspects of school life to support student success, school spirit, and school climate and culture. ●A self-reflective, self-motivated, active learner capable of interactive dialogue with all members of the school community ●Respect for diversity ●High energy, motivated, organized, self-directed individual preferred; ●Responsible for all aspects of the classroom; ●Consistently use 21st Century technology skills to support all facets of instruction and student success;
