Basic Responsibilities:
Support the facility in the management of the following functions:
- Recruiting, pre-employment screening and new hire on-boarding
- Compliance with the reporting and management of FMLA, ADA, EEO and other employment laws
- Employee Relations
- Personnel file maintenance
- Work injury documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
- Previous experience within long term care is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
