Job Overview

Woodlawns Landscape Company, a Mariani Family of Companies is seeking a confident, motivated individual to manage the landscape of the most beautiful and elite buildings/sites in Chicago/Northwest Suburbs. This individual will manage client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, monitor production processes, and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet annual sales goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships quickly
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and professional client interface
  • Manage project schedules and budgets
  • Process enhancements accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and company operations managers
  • Update CRM software daily with relevant information
  • Manage the entire contract process from initial contact with clients to job coordination with production and accounting personnel


Job Requirements

  • Possess a love for landscaping and customer interactions
  • Previous horticulture or high-touch sales experience required
  • Experience in the green industry/landscape industry required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in company estimating software; experience with Aspire or BOSS is a plus
  • Effective presentation and sales skills

Position Range:
