We are scaling rapidly and as such we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator. You will play a key role in shaping the way our brand is experienced by customers, partners, and the community. In this position, you will support the brand marketing team and oversee and expand our social media and influencer/ambassador program to enhance brand awareness. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media:
- Support Director of Brand Marketing in daily tasks such as concepting, creating, and posting content across channels
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for video content (e.g., TikTok trends, Reels) to enhance our storytelling and connect with our audience authentically
- Serve as the community manager across all social channels, including responding to and engaging with our social community
- A passion for cultural trends, what’s happening in the news and evolving best practices in social media
- Affiliate Influencer Communications
- Own the affiliate programming communications, ensuring our affiliates feel a constant presence from Woof
- Work directly with existing affiliates to maximize their earnings, strategize program optimizations and opportunities, and identify new affiliates to onboard to reach new audiences
- Create affiliate marketing campaigns, including coupon setup, tracking links, copywriting and testing
- Assist with day-to-day influencer identification and relationship building, including evergreen gifting and prep for paid partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, etc
- Coordinate outbound samples for partners
- Other projects and support as needed
Preferred Experience:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to ambassador programs, public relations, or event marketing
- Experience in CPG
- Ideally the candidate will have a strong pulse on current trends across Gen-Z and Millennial audiences
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
