Assistant Production Manager – Woolfie’s Bakery (Dennis Port, MA)

Schedule: Wednesday – Monday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Woolfie’s Bakery is a beloved, high-volume bakery on Cape Cod known for our fresh-baked muffins, pastries, and exceptional service. We thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient production.
Job Overview:
The Assistant Production Manager will work closely with our production team to facilitate the preparation of muffins and baked goods, maintain inventory, and oversee ordering. They will also ensure a clean, organized, and ServSafe-compliant work environment while monitoring food production for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily production of muffins and baked goods
- Maintain an efficient and clean work environment, following all ServSafe guidelines
- Oversee inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food safety compliance, including allergy awareness and sanitation procedures
- Work under pressure in a high-volume environment while supporting a diverse team
- Provide leadership and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant, bakery, or food production setting
- Current ServSafe certification (must be active at the time of applying)
- Allergy Awareness certification
- CPR certification
Work Schedule & Availability (we are seasonal and part time):
- Memorial Day Weekend and July 4th Weekend are required shifts
- Regular shifts include weekends in June
- Full work weeks in July, and up to the 3rd week of August
- Optional weekend shifts in September
