Overview
Bermello Ajamil & Partners LLC (BA) has an immediate opening in its Coral Gables office for a Senior Port Planner to head up projects for the firm's Maritime Group. This is a position of leadership that requires advanced professional planning experience of high complexity and variety for the maritime project industry. Ideal candidates would have worked on planning projects for ports, cruise terminals, and piers.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Perform advanced professional work related to a variety of planning assignments.
- Prepare strategic port plans
- Coordinate with port authorities, shipping companies, and other stakeholders in ports
- Prepare and present reports to clients and senior management
- Collaborate with engineering teams and other disciplines to design and implement infrastructure projects for ports, terminals, and piers
- Provide effective supervision and management of more junior planners
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals
