WIN Injury Network of Chicago, IL is seeking to hire a full-time Intake Specialist, bilingual in Spanish preferred, to help ensure that our new leads are accurately qualified for further services within our network of doctors and attorneys to facilitate the care and treatments needed to heal and return to normal life. This Intake Specialist position comes with a competitive starting wage based on education and years of experience. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct initial screenings and gather detailed information regarding potential clients' personal injury and workers' compensation cases to
- Accurately enter and maintain client’s information in our system.
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth transitions from intake to case management.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients, addressing their concerns and guiding them through the intake process.
- Create and keep up with data accuracy and red flags for the team on leads and marketing efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Past experience in intake services (Medical or legal)
- Fluent in Spanish is a must, both verbal and written communication
- Strong affinity for customer service
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Great communication and phone etiquette skills
- Proficient computer literacy

As an Intake Specialist, you are directly involved in ensuring that we deliver winning results through teamwork. You ensure that our clients feel welcomed and attended to and that their physician or attorney visit goes smoothly and efficiently. You are highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for great customer service.
Additionally, you get to assist with a variety of administrative duties to track new leads and ensure clients data is accurately entered into our systems. Your attention to detail and efficiency keeps things running smoothly.
