Workbox Staffing is hiring for an Inventory Analyst in the Supply Chain Department.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain material plans aligned with production schedules and sales forecasts.
• Analyze production requirements to determine material and service needs.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for timely procurement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish delivery schedules and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance production needs and minimize excess stock.
• Enhance inventory visibility and accuracy through collaboration and floor assessments.
• Conduct inventory reviews to align procurement with current and future production.
• Analyze material usage trends to inform purchasing decisions.
• Generate reports on order status, supplier performance, and material availability.
• Identify and implement process improvements for planning and supplier management.

Qualifications :

For this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient material flow, strengthening supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory practices.
