Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead projects in Orlando’s world-renowned theme parks. This role requires expertise in concrete and structural steel construction, as well as ornamental metals and railings. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring work meets project specifications and deadlines.
• Lead crews in the installation of concrete, structural steel, ornamental metals, and railings in high-profile theme park environments.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Manage materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize productivity.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and theme park representatives.
• Operate company truck for site visits and material transport as needed.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically in concrete, structural steel, ornamental metals, and railings.
• Proven leadership experience in a Foreman or Supervisor role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company truck provided).
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:
