About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Workers Credit Union. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance
- Analyze and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms
- Conduct A/B testing to determine effective strategies and creatives
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content aligns with campaign goals
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to understand user behavior
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
