Overview
Workforce Logiq/PRO Unlimited is seeking a VPP - Product Analyst for our client Toyota in Plano, Texas. This is a long term contract opportunity projected until March of 2023. This position is working for their VPP (Voluntary Protection Products) group which is a service offered by dealership to cover regular scheduled maintenance for their customers. This position is remote right now, however, may turn into a Hybrid situation Summer 2022.
- Resource will also support support Pre-Paid Maintenance (PPM) and Tire and Wheel teams in day-to-day work
- Finance and Automotive experience is required
- Project Administration/Management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive protection products (i.e., Pre-paid Maintenance (PPM), Tire & Wheel (TW), Vehicle Service Agreements (VSA), and Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP)
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of automotive protection products (i.e., Pre-paid Maintenance (PPM), Tire & Wheel (TW), Vehicle Service Agreements (VSA), and Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP).
- Project Administration Support
- Develop and maintain rates sheets, consumer applications and agreements, Ad hoc program reporting
- Desk/Reference guides Dealer Policies & Procedure
- Support dealer enrollment process and documentation, including Dealer Management Fees.
- Provide field support for operational functions
- Collaborate with vendors: invoice reconciliation, payments, program fulfillment, resolve servicing issues, questions from the department, or other business groups.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Center (CSC) to resolve claims and / or servicing issues.
- Monitor PPM program sales and profitability by gathering and mining data from various sources (HOST, SEcureAdmin, Hyperion, etc.)
- Daily within VPP Product Managers, Analysts, National Product Manager, and Group Manager
- Frequent interaction with key stakeholder groups at TFS Headquarters, including Information Technology (IDS), Legal, Compliance, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales Administration, Sales Development
- Frequent interaction with Vendors, Frequent interaction with TFS Field, Periodic interaction with Divisional groups (TMS/Lexus), Periodic interaction with Dealers
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Mathematics, Science or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Create and maintain sales trackers and other reports
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Automotive Industry Experience
- Financial Capture Experience or Financial Reporting Experience
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working with large data sets
- Experience with Hyperion and Tableau.
- Experience participating/leading projects with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
- Automotive captive finance experience.
- Previous experience with vehicle protection products.
