Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, ensuring that materials are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities
- Receive Purchase orders from Sales Team, College and University and K12.
- Review documents for completion and verify net & sell pricing.
- Be familiar with all contract agreements between the client and Workpointe.
- Enter order through our operating system.
- Save all vendor PO’s in our project folders.
- Send all PO’s to the various vendors.
- Send any necessary revisions needed to Sales/Sales Coordinators as needed.

- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive supplier relationships.
