Job Description :
- Oversee site Civil, structural, mechanical and site interfaces with Operations, D&C, support functions, Coordinators, 3rd Party Off-Take Representatives, Regulatory Agencies and Project engineering.
- Quality adherence to industry standards, Federal and local regulations and standards / Specifications
- Sites incident management and reporting
- Authorized Permit writer for execution of all permit activities
- Civil, Structural and mechanical technical installation in accordance with the IFC drawings
- Contractor and vendor coordination to maximize the overall project installation efficiency
- Hold contractors accountable to their HSE Management System and mentor crews on proper and all-inclusive hazard identification
- Interface with Capital Projects, vendors, and operations to ensure aligned communications
- Verify Contractor’s forward-looking work scope plan, and Schedule, using defined processes and procedures
- Support engineering turnover of executable IFC plans by P&ID, Constructibility and WorkPack reviews
- Complete all required documentation in the Work Pack ready for project completion / PSSR
- Support Project Engineering through the development of Redlines and As-Builts
- Approval of the contractors pre-commissioning ITP / ITRs and leads walkdown with operations
- Responsible for execution / Approval of Project Lead ITP Hold Points
- Develop and implement recovery plans to gain back schedule due to delays
- Generates a weekly report on progress percent complete with aligned contractor look ahead
