REQUIREMENTS:
* Millwright or similar experience required.
* Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
* Programmable Logic Controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
* Welding experience a must.
* Must own tools.
* Effectively read documents such as specifications, machine manuals, and blueprints.
* Proficient in troubleshooting techniques to solve machine issues.
* Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
* Adhere to strict safety guidelines and cognizant of safety risks.
* Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and speaking English.
* Knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite of programs. ( e.g. Word, Excel)
* Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
JOB DUTIES:
* Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair various types of machinery, including hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic repairs and welding.
* Assembling, disassembling and installing equipment.
* Read drawings and manuals to establish task procedures.
* Fit, align and attach mechanical components.
* Test equipment for efficiency and adjust when necessary.
* Complete inspections and replace defective equipment.
* Maintain inventory of parts worked on during an installation.
* Machine and weld machinery, and safety sensitive equipment.
* Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating tools and equipment.
HOURS:
Full time - no less than 40 hours per week. Nights and weekends as needed.
PAY:
$20.00 - $33.00 per hour
