This role requires a professional with excellent phone, interpersonal, and computer skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and sales transactions for our office.
The ideal candidate must thrive in a sometimes-stressful environment, especially during peak hours, responsible and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys working independently and part of the team.
Requirements:
* At least one-year proven customer service in an office environment with sales experience with a high-volume calls.
* High School diploma or GED equivalent.
* Have a Valid Driver's License to drive vehicle to meetings in Eugene area with a clean insurable driving record.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Excel & Word.
* Remain calm under pressure with effective time management skills.
* Multi-task, strong problem-solving, and attention to details skills.
Employer Note:
* Employer will conduct drug screen and DMV records check upon job offer.
* Employer will train on company's computer systems.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner within a 1-2 person team.
* Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and resolving any issues.
* Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records using a industry specific system.
* Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs efficiently.
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues with customers related to products or services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Days and Hours: Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Wages start at $20.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications with commission pay.
