We are looking for an Escrow Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships.
- Hiring and training new staff.
- Ability to independently handle a file from Sales Contract through Closing.
- Ensuring daily branch operations are conducted in accordance with operations standards.
- Establishing and monitoring processes for accurate and timely processing of title, scheduling, closing preparation, closing, and post-closing.
- Coordinating with business partners to ensure smooth transitions and support between land, construction, sales, accounting, and mortgage.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
- Utilizing recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent.
- Evaluating employee performance and plan for compensation actions in accordance with that performance.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- Notary Public highly preferred or required after employment
- FL Title Agent License preferred or required after employment
- Minimum of 5 years of Escrow Operations Experience.
- Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or above.
- Specialize in RESPA with an understanding of the company's underwriting guidelines.
- Efficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, One Note, and SoftPro is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate law and title escrow curative procedures is preferred.
- Experience with Closing at the table.
