WHO we're looking for :

We are looking for a Finance Manager III to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Monthly Forecast submission (TP) - MDF(Marketing Development Fund).
• Monthly P&L Review and Reporting - Together with Financial Management.
• Financial Analysis Reporting. Include building profitability models, presentations and ad-hoc reports.
• Create MDF (Plan Proposals) for Marketing programs.
• Manage Operational related expenses and payments.
• Manage and process payments for MDF, SD and 3PL related expenses.
• Review Reseller and Vendor Agreements for accuracy and execution.
• Review Service Agreements with 3PLs and Service Providers.
• Review promotional Term Sheets (MDF and SD).

Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction, and moderate hand / finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
