Job Description
The Senior Director, Business Development, BioAnalytics will be responsible for representing and promoting our services to key accounts in a predetermined geographical territory. This role involves establishing long-term business relationships and partnerships, achieving individual revenue objectives through proactive sales and marketing, and identifying new contact leads for potential clinical, bioanalytical, and ADME business.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individual, territory, and key account strategies, assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, and identifying specific key account needs that can be developed into new services. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, strategic planning skills, and computer skills. A BA/BS in business or life sciences is required, with MS or MBA preferred.
