Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individual, territory, and key account strategies to drive business growth and retention
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Identify specific key account needs that can be developed into new services
Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the biotechnology industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
