Water Well Driller

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Driller to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, with experience in construction site environments. As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to the successful completion of drilling projects.

We drill water wells as well as geothermal loops.

Well Drilling License is a plus !

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment
• Conduct horizontal drilling operations while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling activities efficiently.
• Monitor drilling parameters and make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
• Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the well drilling industry, specifically in drilling operations.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and other machinery used on construction sites.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required for site transportation purposes.
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to OSHA regulations is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
