This is a remote / rotational position, working two weeks on and two weeks off or three weeks on and three weeks off, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Safety and Quality Assurance Coordinator. This role supports the team by ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, assisting with job preparation, and managing materials and tools. Essential Job Functions :
Safety Support :
- Coordinate the procurement and distribution of safety equipment, including PPE (e.g., gloves, safety vests, goggles, gas badges, fall protection gear).
- Ensure safety equipment is readily available and in compliance with company standards.
- Replace or replenish safety gear as needed and maintain inventory.
- Provide safety coaching to team members, especially newer staff, emphasizing proper use of PPE, fall protection gear, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Evaluate and review fall protection anchoring points to ensure they meet safety requirements and are suitable for the task at hand. Work closely with crews to address any fall protection challenges.

Work is performed in a remote Arctic environment with limited medical resources. Candidate understands the site is approximately 840 miles (at least 4 hours by air ambulance) from surgical, specialist, and tertiary medical care, and where medical evacuation from this location may be significantly delayed due to weather conditions.
