I’m the founder of Worthefy, an innovative net worth counter designed to help people track and visualize their financial goals and personal progress in real time. Our mission is simple but powerful: to empower people to see their progress daily, whether they’re tracking net worth, managing budgets, or setting personal goals.

Now, I’m looking for the right partner to help launch and grow this vision. This isn’t just a position; it’s an invitation to join as a co-founder in building a brand from the ground up. Together, we’ll take Worthefy from concept to an engaging social presence and a go-to tool for self-improvement.

Who I’m Looking For:

• Content creation and social media enthusiast: You’re experienced in video production, editing, and Instagram growth, with a natural sense of what content resonates.
• Boston-based: Ideally, you’re in or around Boston and available for part-time, in-person collaboration to create the best content together.
• E-commerce savvy: You understand the self-improvement and personal finance spaces, including what attracts and engages audiences in these areas.
• Driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial: Ready to dive in, with strong work ethics and a passion for building something meaningful.

The Role:

This is a hands-on partnership where you’ll have creative freedom and strategic input. We’ll brainstorm, film, edit, and shape Worthefy’s online presence together. As Head of Content and Growth, you’ll lead social media strategy, drive Instagram growth, and help create a brand voice that resonates with our audience.

What’s in it for You:

• Equity and Commission: We are going to come in agreement during the interview, financial compensation would come through commissions from sales and all ad earnings will go to you. Higher risk higher reward but as the sales will grow we will evenly split the profits.
