About The Role
This Customer Service Representative role specializes in our Installation department. Here at Wren, we strive to provide exceptional service to all customers. When joining as a Customer Service Representative for our Installations team you will be working hand in hand with our customers after they receive their product and coordinate with their assigned Installation Crew to complete their dream kitchen!About You
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Act as the primary point of contact between our customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and resolution
- Take ownership and resolve inquiries received
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to emails
- Achieve individual and department targets and expectations set out by department managers
- Help all customers achieve their dream kitchen

- Helpfulness and a customer first-attitude
- Passion to take ownership and ensure all inquiries receive a resolution
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize your daily workload
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
