OVERVIEW:
The Team Coordinator acts as an administrative assistant to the Estimators and Superintendents with the clerical, administrative & accounting functions of organizing and project management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer and route all incoming calls to the appropriate departments or person.
- Responsible for client communications with homeowners and property managers, to update progress, addressing immediate concerns, and answering questions.
- Assist team members with recording communication from homeowners in PJM.
- Work with admin team to schedule technicians routes for the day and ensure they are aware of the jobs they will be servicing.
- Update job related information as needed from team members in PJM.
- Create work orders in PJM and update information as needed.
- Complete the necessary fund forms for each job.
- Create jobs files for projects, ensure contracts, work order, change order, and credit memos.
- Assist with coordination of schedules for vendors and field technicians.
- Update team with current information during morning meetings.
- Work with mitigation technician daily to update schedules and inform homeowners of changes.
- Other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Always provide 100 % customer service.
- Be tenacious. The TC is the driving force to ensure the mitigation department, Estimator’s and Super’s tasks are being completed as well as theirs.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work successful in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong teamwork is required. Teamwork within the individual teams, teamwork with the other teams, and teamwork within the company as whole.
- Ability to complete deadlines.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday through Friday
- On call - rotating schedule every 6-8 weeks
Location:
- In office only, not open for remote work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
