The Opportunity
The Project Manager will support France in the delivery of the MGA Program by monitoring project execution, defining products/processes, and gathering business requirements. This role involves coordinating with local and program contributors, ensuring the integration of French business needs into the MGA structure, and overseeing all deliverables expected from France. Additionally, the Project Manager will ensure full coordination with the program team
What will you do?
Key responsibilities include: Support France in the delivery of the MGA Program
- Monitor project execution: Within the European program team, in direct support of the French working group.
- Support Product/Process definition for France: Assist in defining products and processes tailored for France.
- Support Business requirement gathering and process mapping: Collaborate with French business teams to gather requirements and map processes.
- Embed France Business requirements: Integrate French business requirements into the MGA structure and tools.
- Liaise with local/program contributors: Coordinate with local and program contributors on all workstreams, ensuring the appropriate mobilization of French experts.
- Support/monitor all deliverables: Oversee all deliverables expected from France by the program and monitor interdependencies between workstreams.
- Ensure full coordination with the Program team
Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a European program context.
- Strong ability to monitor project execution and ensure alignment with program goals.
- Expertise in product/process definition and business requirement gathering.
- Proficiency in process mapping and embedding business requirements into program structures and tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with local and program contributors.
- Ability to mobilize and support French experts effectively.
- Experience in overseeing deliverables and managing interdependencies between workstreams.
- Strong organizational skills are required to ensure full coordination
- Fluency in both French and English is a key requirement
